short-talk:

I'm loving Dell.....even more...

----------------------------------------------------

I tried hard, but i still couldn't dig out a little portion of my chock-full agenda to do posting here. Two research papers to complete, two presentations left and one lab report to settle. Everything dues within two weeks.

For the time being, allow this harmless baby to divert you.

Don't you remember this famous statement: Baby Johnson?? =P

Alive!

short-talk:

I tried White Chocolate Dream @ Coffee Bean on thursday. And i'm loving it! Someone, please buy me this drink for my 21st birthday!!!

--------------------------------------------------------

I'm back!

It was indeed a fruitful Leadership Conference i had. Close to 400 leaders all around the globe congregating in this centre point. I managed to grab a short chat with my Singaporean friends and leaders.

Backdrop

I was physically exhausted for the past one week. Slept at 2-3 am, woke up at 7am just to brush up my assignments and reports plus trying to give in my fullest concentration during the conference. I was so so so so tired until a stage that i could even flaked off while walking. The funny moment was during my music practice at yesterday evening, i actually fell asleep whilst drumming.... -___-"

Nonetheless, i managed to grab my 15 hours deep catnap. I'm back on track. I'm alive once again!

Till then, i'm waiting for sufficient pictures and will blog it out.

Running after You

Just a couple of hours ago, I fetched three Hope Singapore Pastors, Pastor Ben, Pastor Dinah & Pastor James from Riverside to Peter Special (near King Centre). Of cos, when there were three anointed men and woman of the Most High in your car, you just gotta drive extra slow and extra careful.

I did. I drove pretty careful with my eyes opened wide, praying earnestly that i would not end up in a car accident during the journey.

*Prayer worked* I managed to bring them to the place safely and soundly. *exhale*

Be right back with more pictures and sharing! Stay tuned people.

Baton

short-talk:

I'm excited! Finally i could get my name registered in the coming 74th International Leadership Conference in Kuching!! =D

----------------------------------------------------------

Perhaps, i should really look into this need thoughtfully now.

Stroke

Whack

Training up new and passionate drummers to serve! *eying for potential ones* Passing on the baton to my heirs!

Otherwise, i will end up looking this:

Sitting on the drums under tension and worrying who to take over the drum sit.

Wayne, can't you just wait and hold your camera a bit longer until you see a smile on my face then take my snapshot ka? =P
Goodness, i look like a senile veteran on drums~~

>.<

Overcome

short-talk:

Stone column! Woot!

--------------------------------------------------------

How do you guys celebrate Mother's day on last Sunday?

As mentioned in my earlier post, i did ponder hard on what to buy for my mum. It is something that i almost never tried and have failed to achieve each year. Living in this contemporary era, youths tend to neglect this very day. I always think that it is odd for a guy to buy gifts for mum during Mother's day.

Isn't this supposed to be a daughter's duty?

"Mom is the first word that a child says when he/she learns to speak. She remains the center of attention and respect for a child for a long time to come and it is her love and peace in her lap that clings forever to the memory of a child. Even when she is no more, her image in our hearts manages us to smile even in the lowest period of our lives and urge us to go on."

"Our guardian angels, Mothers are never ugly or beautiful, rich or poor, sober or rude, they are just Mothers. Mothers are perhaps the only person with whom you share an ultimate bond and even after years and years of separation still the mother is the one person that will always love her children. This love is not because of greed or some thing that she desires it comes natural to all mothers."

After thinking through, i just gonna change and bury my bad habit. Stepping out from the comfort zone and start doing/buying something memorable for mum. Yea! I'm not going to let paiseh-ness triumph over my act! So, i bought mum a .....

#tada#

Photobucket

..Yellow Rose!!! =D Buying a flower is one thing, and the second worry was how on earth am i going to pass the flower to my mum in person??!! Haiya, Johnson can sometimes be paiseh de k.. But still, i overcame this mousiness. I did it! I gave it to her!

As predicted, my mum's immediate sayings were,"Why do you want to buy me a flower? How much is this flower??!!..is it Ten Ringgit??.."

-__-"

Of course, after those expected lines, my mum gave me smile. Woot! Mission accomplished! *Proud* Later then, I just realize that Yellow flower actually symbolizes friendship. iisshhhh...i should have bought Red/Pink Rose instead. Anyway, at least i am convinced that this is the first small step for something better in future! Perhaps, the greatest joy for me as a son, is to see a sincere smile from my mum through my achievement.

What's next? Father's day is coming soon. Johnson is now in rumination mode.

Blockage

short-talk:

Mother's day...hmm...**still thinking hard of what to buy for mum*

---------------------------------------------------------------

I know i'm not supposed to update my blog at this ungodly hour. But ... I'm stuck. My mind is congested!!

The cartoon above clearly indicates of my current situation, sitting in front of my desk, thinking hard...and trying to complete my assignments. Everything is just so tight up. Three assignments due by next week. And a lot more on the week after.

**suffocated**

For the time being, perhaps a cup of warm Milo is good enough to ease off my heavy mind. *sip*

Wrong Interpretation

short-talk:

I'm loving Dell even more! You will know the solid reason by next week.

If you know me well enough, you will agree that Please-massage-me-la is my second name. Somehow i become addicted to massage since two years ago. Can this be considered as a good addiction? =P

Photobucket
Cooperate massage?

This is where one snapshot from a different angle can lead to wrong interpretation when people see this. It looks so wrong bah~~~ Haha!!

thought of the day: Whenever you distress me unintentionally, just massage me for 2 minutes. I will then forgive you instantly. lol..!

Outrun you

short-talk:

Duck or chicken? You choose.

---------------------------------------------------

As typical as Johnson is, I enjoy shattering eggs on people's head, particularly to those who are celebrating birthday on that day. Somehow i think that every birthday boy/girl deserves a splinter of egg or flour. Rather than standing still in front of the cake, surrounded by inactive humans, singing birthday song monotonously and doing the traditional birthday routine. It's so dead and colorless right?

This is where the word, Egg comes in and solves the problem. It makes your birthday complete and more meaningful at least.

20th Birthday Bash

Yet my naughty act will always come with the same pay back. Friends will seek revenge to sabo me whenever they can. The snapshot above was me, innocently sabo-ed by my friends last year. Yet it was a great memory!

It was an ordinary sunny day, 1st of May. Two of my friends had their birthday on the same morning. And as i have mentioned earlier on, eggs are always my best friends when it comes to Birthday bash. In spite of the fact that it was a Labour Day, i am still not going to abandon my "work".

However, my scheme doesn't always end properly as what i have planned. Lucky for you Shawn, you managed to outrun me this time. Hmmph!

New lesson captured: I must outrun Shawn. If not i will end up looking like a Paddlepop ice cream *again*

Who's next?
