Touch Down

short-talk:

Believe it or not, I never know i can write while sleeping until yesterday during my geotech tute. Yea, don't believe? Yea, me too! lol!

------------------------------------------------------

Apologize for the delayed updates. I am kinda occupied with my church upcoming Youth Leadership Camp which is held on this coming weekend. Busy busy. I am assigned to be the overall Programme Coordinator in whole. Hectic hectic yet filled with much spontaneous creativity every time when we do the brainstorming.

"O.N.E" Youth Leadership Camp

Yea, simple and easy theme "O.N.E", and it holds both inclusive and exclusive view of being a Youth Leader in a church. The theme design is based on the American Football players' concept, which indicates of the significance in working and teaming with another player in a "game". I'm just so excited! Three guest speakers from Y-Hope Singapore will be coming over and do the impartation! *woot!*

Meanwhile, we, the committee members are working together in high speed to get things done properly before Friday. Gonna have my hands off from blogging right now. *Prayer is much needed*

There you have, the "American Football" team committee. Lol!

Prayer

Yea, i assume all of you know who was this familiar lady above. She's Mother Teresa. A great lady full of humble love and simple faith. Yesterday, I was flipping a book which mainly consists of Mother Teresa's advice and spotted on this quote that strikes my heart and mind until today.

She writes, "The more you pray, the easier it becomes; the easier it becomes, the more you will pray."

Wow...inspired!

My blood type

short-talk:

~Grasping my fingers firmly and pray intensely~

------------------------------------------------------

I always wonder what is my blood type ever since i am little. I did flip through my birth cert but still couldn't identify my exact blood type on it. Perhaps even some of you are also unaware or confused with your own blood type too.

Is it actually that difficult to identify your own blood type? Yes, very difficult. Whilst i underwent my blood donation a week ago, i purposely requested the person whether is it possible to help me check what's my blood type.

"..boleh...." was what he said.

wondering what's he going to do with my finger on the table

my poor finger~

Seconds later, he took out an unknown device and stapled my finger. *ouch!* Next thing i knew was there's fresh blood flowing out from my skin. *ouch again!*

What's next? He then took out three bottles of liquid with weird colors and dripped few drops on a piece of paper. And dripped my blood on the liquid and ......

While i am compiling the blood donation's pictures for my upcoming update, do enjoy reading this to erase of your boredom!

I just like this snapshot. It was taken on August last year during the first Youth Service in my Church. It is indeed one of those pictures that really paints profound words and great memories every time when i look at it.

The new realm

short-talk:

The longest show or series which i have found delight in watching and am still faithfully catching up is **snare drum rolls* .....World Wrestling Entertainment!! Yea! I have been tuning to it since primary 3. My last watch was just now 10pm. lol..!

Call me a WWE wrestler junkie!

------------------------------------------------------

As enthusiastic as i was, i managed to wake up extremely early and headed to Swinburne Campus ahead of my planned time. It was indeed the very day that every Degree student has anticipated of, the first day of new semester! *hip hip hooray!*

I'm now doing my Third Year First Sem. Excited and exciting as usual. I'm taking Road Engineering, Steel Structure, Engineering Management and Geotechnical Engineering. Three of these subjects are Honors subjects.

Goshh...Interesting subjects though, yet i know things will be getting tougher and much more challenging when each semester passes by. It's not going to be easy though, but it's possible to score well. Gonna pull my socks slightly higher now. Yea, higher than yours! =P

My first day in campus was insane and physically taxing. I had a continuous 13-hours marathon in school. When it hits the last lecture of the day which is unmercifully ended at 9.30pm, my whole person looks like a zombie already. Simply exhausting!

Engineering Management lecture

The tension and sensation of schooling is revived now. I met my good-old peeps. It was great. However, the realm of the friends circle seems to be slightly different from previous semesters. Someone is missing from this Civil engineering circle. It just feels awkward.

Yea, the missing of Aldrin Wong Shen Weeeee.....~~~~

*sigh*
