I am currently chocked with three consecutive assignments which will be due by next week. The difference between the teaching system here and Kuching is obvious. Usually the lecturers back in Kuching will inform the whole class of the upcoming assignments and explain the overview of the assignment in full detail.
But here in Melbourne, the lecturers will not mention a single bit of any assignment to the class. Weird. Therefore, we have to often check on net of the new assignments. Prettyindependent bad though.

Back in Swinburne Sarawak, I can just easily approach the subject lecturer to clarify any doubt in my assignment. But in Swinburne Hawthorn, I can't since there are two hurdles encounter. Firstly, it is pretty hard to approach the Aussie lecturers because most of the time they will not explain and spoon-feed you regarding to any assignments.
Secondly, i will have a hard time trying to comprehend what the lecturer is trying to say. Simply because, they don't speak English, they speak Australish.
