Stay Healthy

Short-talk:

What happen to SESCO lately? Seems like every day and night Kuching has been badly affected by blackout again and again?
I would never want to live in a dark world~

And i am once again be motivated by my pastor to exercise. Okay, enough of laziness. Jogging would definitely be the best option in order to stay alive healthy. Heaps of thanks to my jogging-buddy, Aldrin , who had sacrificially volunteered to jog with me on last Monday.

An apposite jogging site is very important too. You would definitely don't want to chance upon a snake, don't you? Or even having dogs chasing after you while you are enjoying jogging.

Fresh air, green trees and uncontaminated lake are a must.

Don't worry of dying of thrist k.


I have successfully jogged for 3 rounds and walked for 2 rounds around the park which can be considered as "Not Bad" for rookie jogger like me k. Gotta increase more rounds in the coming weeks.


Guess what? During my rest, i was so in time to stumble upon a so called bizarre tatoo-ed guy or in other words, let's call him Yoga Master then.

Do warm up for at least 10 minutes before you jog, i got my leg badly cramped!

Get your gears ready and join me in jogging every Monday evening! If you want to stay healthy, you got to jog. No choice!



P/s: I want to have a longer life k.

First of all, "You would definitely don't want to chance upon a snake, don't you?" - which should be written as "You would definitely NOT want to chance upon a snake, WOULD YOU?" lol.

Next, U WENT TO XING GONG YUAN TO JOG? Who drove!!!!??? ASsk them to be EXxxxxTRAaaaaa careful with their cars! My car was broke in once when i went there with fren. I WILL NEVER EVER DRIVE THERE TO JOG ANYMORE! Better dun go there jog lah, Johnson.

I was really fascinated with the guy who was able to do YOGA that wayy.. lol.

Do exercise more.. Good for u.. good for your readers also coz we can see interesting things happening in kch. lol.

I NEED TO JOG! Anyways, jogging is definitely a culture in NTU. No one studies in NTU without jogging (well, more or less). Brenda is going to jog to loss weight!!! (..... until I get my Nike sport shoes.... =P)

Brenbrenda: Yea, there are lots of cases about breaking in. No worries, i will make sure before you come back, i will have at least dua biji of muscles.

Tomorrow is jogging day again. Remember to do warm ups properly! That day still say me warm up too much... I wasn't the one who complained of muscle pains after that!
